Prepare for your credentialing initiative with Group Mentor Coaching.

Mentor Coaching is not only about evaluating performance, it is about sharing new ideas for development and improvement. This program includes 7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching as well as 3 hours of one-to-one Mentor Coaching for a total of the 10 hours required by the International Coaching Federation. This is a reflective process over a minimum of 3 months. The program is focused on connecting with peers, learning and refreshing our knowledge about the competencies, and dedicated opportunities to talk about challenges and ask questions in a comfortable setting.

• Access to your Mentor Coach for insights

• Delivered over a 3-month period (minimum per ICF standards)
